Web Hosting

The basics of web hosting services is easy. Web hosts give their customers the ability to store web documents (images, texts, scripts, multimedia files) on their web server. The server is a simple computer, which has an almost constant connection to the Internet. The files stored on a particular web server can be accessed via the Internet by anyone, anywhere.

There’s a lot of things that you should look into before dedicating your personal or business web site to a certain hosting company.

The first thing which we’ll be looking into will be bandwidth and data transfer. Bandwidth indicates how much data can be relocated at one time from a certain web server onto a network and then across the whole Internet.

Data transfer - on the other hand - refers to how much data is moved (received or sent) from your hosting account during a specific period. One of the most important aspects to consider when signing up with a web hosting company is disk space allocation. The term allocation refers to how much of the space on the server hard drive you will be allowed to use for storage.
Now there are lots of companies providing web hosting at cheap rates or free. The concept in this respect is that you have to buy a domain name which is very cheap.

Internet Marketing

Internet marketing is the use of the internet to advertise and sell goods and services. Internet Marketing includes :

· Pay per click advertising
· banner ads
· E-mail marketing
· Blog marketing
· Search engine marketing
· Article marketing

Some of the benefits associated with Internet marketing include the availability of information. Consumers can log onto the Internet and learn about products, as well as purchase them, at any hour. Companies that use Internet marketing can also save money because of a reduced need for a sales force. Overall, Internet marketing can help expand from a local market to both national and international marketplaces. And, in a way, it levels the playing field for big and small players.

Credit Card

A credit card system is a type of retail transaction settlement and credit system, named after the small plastic card issued to users of the system. A credit card is different from a debit card in that it does not remove money from the user’s account after every transaction. In the case of credit cards, the issuer lends money to the consumer (or the user). It is also different from a charge card (though this name is sometimes used by the public to describe credit cards), which requires the balance to be paid in full each month. In contrast, a credit card allows the consumer to ‘revolve’ their balance, at the cost of having interest charged. Most credit cards are the same shape and size.

The credit cards which are commenly used are listed:

American Express
Bankcard
Unionpay
MasterCard & VISA

Pay per click is an advertising model in which the advertisers only pay for each click to their Website. The ads are served on the web, based on a defined set of keywords or themes relating to the advertiser’s business.

Increase your overall search engine ranking by increasing the number of links to your Web site from other relevant Web sites.
